We just got this e-mail:
[quote]We have received a memo from James Main, Alabama Director of Finance, indicating that the State anticipates a “significant disruption of gasoline supply
The lines at the gas stations on Highway 119 at the I-65 Exit (exit 246) are ridiculous. They remind me of a normal day in Atlanta.
These are the times most people wish they were within biking/walking distance of the city.
Cripes, looks like I got out of there just in time.
Yeap we got the memo also. I was bumped from a trip to meet with EPA. ALso DOT cut us off from using their state gas pumps. :chair: As soon as a couple of the refineries get back up the shortage (if there is one) will ease some what. I'm not sure how much of this is panic and how much is real shortages.

90% panic 10% shortage.
I just got moved to 10 hour days, 4 days a week yesterday to conserve fuel. No more working Fridays for me. :)
I love my job.
