I thought TU might bring in some JUCO help to strengthen the pass rushing and it appears they are. TU has two JUCO LBs but help at DE is badly needed. TU has solved its other major problem, quality WRs and dept at WR.

TU is continuing to seek highly regarded and therefore highly recruited football prospects. This kid had five offers, including two BCS offers. This targeting of highly recruited athletes has been the story of this year's recruiting.

Denton--Northwest Mississippi Community College defensive end Alonzo Horton said he has orally committed to UNT. Oral commitments are nonbinding. The first day a football recruit can sign a national letter of intent is Feb 6.

Horton (6-3, 255) said he chose UNT over Kansas State, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Tulsa, and Oklahoma State.
