The funny part of this how completely opposite of Carter this is.

Somebody needs to say that... but Ole Jimmy would never be that earthy in his linquistics. Ole Herman Talmadge might have had the balls to, however.

Don't forget that Carter was a Naval Academy graduate (in Nuclear Engineering) and served in the Navy for many years. He retired just prior to being given command of a "Boomer" submarine. If he doesn't use "salty" language regularly, it's not because he doesn't know "the words to that song".
