That would be a senior moment.

wtf?! were you born and idiot or did your parents just raise you that way.

FYI... this post was moved because the idea is absurd and only causes ill will, not because of it's source and YMT link

I can't believe anyone would seriously suggest this. I was in hopes that this would fade off the main page without any fanfare and it lasted awhile before someone respondedl We've got a situation here that the adminstration, coaches and most fans wished had never happened and we've got fans that want to glorify the incident? Seriously?

On Senior Day, we are going to get either Monopoly money or make copies of money and "make it rain" when they honor Joey. Let me know if you would like to help us get the word out.
Kevin
Dear Kevin,
Consider it done. It should bring tears to Joey's eyes.

Of course he's serious, it's FUT; his parents had nothing to do with it.

I think if you just consider the source of this ridiculous idea, you'll let it go because no further comment is needed.

Because you think he's an idiot or because you think he's joking?

....I have a better idea......get some little dude named David......put him out on the court during the pregame senior day honors.....equip him with a sling and a stone and see what happens. Goliath Dorsey might change the course of history right then and there.

Nobody is glorifying the results of the poor decision made by the club's security to ask Joey to stop making it rain. If they'd just let it rain there never would've been a problem. Who has a problem with someone throwing money? I sure wouldn't have if I were there. I'd have been playing "dash for cash" and stuffing as many papers in my pocket as I could. If that bouncer had any sense he would've been doing the same. I'm sure some hater started all the trouble by complaining to the bouncer to make Joey stop because all the b!tches were loving it (including the hater's b!tch) and he couldn't get any attention. Shake off the hate!

HOLY OVER REACTION BATMAN!!!!! Actually it was NOT FUT's idea. It was mine or yankee tiger's, fut simply posted our converstion on a message board. I see it as my parents and I laughing at the many poor judgement calls I made as a younger person, you know things like drinking underage, acting a fool out at a bar/concert/my brother's wedding. The older (50'-60's) that sit next to us at the FEF liked it too. Joey and the team have joked about it in interviews. Guess we all have differrent senses of humor. Everyone relax it is a freaking joke, I am sure the fef would not allow it to happen anyway.

A private conversation/joke is much different than posting on a very PUBLIC message board. There is where I see the difference. I wouldn't want details of those personal stories out on a message board, would you? I've said it before and still believe that just because a person knows something, or thinks he know something, doesn't mean it is for public dissemination. A lot of us know each other and feel comfortable sharing stories, jokes, or "inside" information, but sharing everything with world just doesn't seem right to me. We can agree to disagree.
Off the soap box now.

HOLY PONTIFICATING, BATMAN! Chick knows good and well this "private joke" was BS, she and or FUT just wanted to get it posted on mt.org for the reactions. Squid was just the delivery boy. Stuff like this gets giggles over on FUT's miserable board.
Nice to see FUT (Kevin) wrote the Commercial Fishwrap to try and promote the idea.
It's a dumb@ss idea, and it will not happen.

Um no on all accounts... including the conversation being private, the issue not being public and the letter to the Geoff. Not how he heard about it at all. Nice try though.

Which judgment/action is more questionable?
Starting a scuffle in a bar, or a fan bringing it up several months later?

I know the issue was public, sweetheart.
I was referring to YOU comparing it to private things you did in college that you laughed about with your parents. Plus YOU said it was a freaking joke.
If it was meant to be a joke, why bring it up? Simple - to get a reaction over here at mt.org. The miserable board stooges relish stirring the pot.
My bottom line stays the same - it was a BS idea (or joke or whatever). It will not be done, though Kevin would LOVE it.
Nice try, though.

The person that brought this up several months later used about the same judgement as most folks did while they were in college. I would think that it's fair to expect most people develop better judgement after they leave college.
