Getting his *** indicted. The SEC is trying to force a testimony. I doubt he'll do it. But that doesn't mean they are going to back off. The heat's on him. And it has been. Way to go anyone that voted for him. The SEC's not going to let up. Let's just hope they bust this wide open fast and get him out of office ASAP.

Has he been officially charged? Has he been indicted? Has he been tried in court? Has he been convicted? Has he been sentenced? You certainly saved the authorities a lot of time and work by cutting right to the lock-up without bothering with legalities and niceties of jurisprudence. All because you don't like the choice made by a majority of those who voted.

Easy there, Turbo? Not that I don't think he will eventually be charged, indicted, convicted and sentenced. But all I was saying is that it's extremely embarrassing to me to have the ELECTED mayor of the city I live and pay taxes in have so much heat on him. Looks bad and feels bad to me. He's a crook, there's no doubt about it. The feds have been onto him for a long time. You don't just reinvent GAAP and get away with it. And what scares me the most, is that he might weasel his way out of it. Although I don't think he's bright enough to run forever. And you're right I don't like the choice the majority made by voting for him. It's a perfect reflection of how undereducated the majority of Birmingham residents are.
