Yes. Cheerleading (mascot) camp was always at ETSU back then.

I can put them on ebay. Should I wash them first?
Why was BTR pushing the van?
That was at the arena. No idea who we were playing. I will try to find the picture to see if it has a date stamp on it.

Comic relief. Imagine if you are driving down the road and a big rooster starts pushing your van. Anything for a laugh...

If those things touch ebay, i'll never forgive you...
Noting the clothing on the guys in the stands behind BTR (acid washed jeans, very bon jovi-ish) and the fact that it's around Christmas (dance team member in green santa-style attire), one can assume this was a non-conference game against a non-major opponent (smallish crowd) during the late 1980s, very early 90s. The opponent can be seen wearing blue-and-red, detroit pistons-style uniform in the background of one of the shots. Their shoes do not match, another sign of perhaps a not-so-major team.
So ... someone with a media guide handy should be able to narrow the date and opponent down fairly easily. My off-the-top-of-the-head guess would be Jackson State.
or
12/6/91 - Jackson State - colors = blue and white
Ummmmmm ... Could I have just the right shoulder of that costume?
Big Red was a cool mascot - I like it because of the flexibility that the costume offered. He could EAT basketballs!
I would say that any costume that allowed mobility would be high on my list from a pure mascot standpoint. Mobility allows you to do so much more than just stand there looking cute.
I do not like mascots like Notre Dame where it is just a short person dressed like a leprechaun.

I recognize Kyle Puchta (spelling?), Kelly Wright, Brian Oaks, an AOPi with the last name Griffis (again spelling) and then one of your chapter brothers in the back, dark hair. Can't remember his name, but remember him from IFC. Is that Renee next to the Griffis girl. Also I remember that really tan girl but have no clue of her name.
I was there for that debaucle.
