I'm very happy to see this category on the board. There are many, many out of town alums and supporters, who will enjoy these threads. To my compatriots in the Atlanta Tiger Club, I'm sorry I haven't been able to get over to Barnacles yet this season. Occupational hazard, etc., etc. Most of these days my time seems to belong to others. I was glad to be able to be in the stands last Tuesday for the Tigers' emotional and courageous win over a determined Marshall team that really didn't play -- or look -- like an 0-5 club. To my friends in the Tenacious Tiger Tailgaters, thanks once again for welcoming me in your midst. To Janice and Kay, thanks for your company at the game, and to Josh for once again giving up your excellent seat for me.

I am president of the Alumni chapter down this way (lower Alabama). Basically includes Pensacola,Fl; Gulf Shores, Al; Mobile, Al area. There are about 300+ alumn's in the area. I have posted several things on here, but don't get any feedback. Not sure how to communicate with our members, but hope that they will look on this site to find out about upcoming events.

Barnacles has both DirecTV ( 8 receivers) and Comcast so they'll have the ESPNU , CSTV ( DirecTV) and CSS ( Comcast) they those with only one or the other won't be able to get.
