Took my boy to see Raw, here in Huntington, WV. Decent show. I had more fun watching my son.
Cody Rhodes def Davairi. Damn, Davairi is huge in person. (cut)
William Regal def Super Crazy Boooooooring
Hacksaw Jim Duggan def Sylvan (?) w/some hot blonde chick. Sylvan had another name but I couldn't hear what it. Took some kid out of the audience to go back stage as the honorary Manager. Carried the flag for Hacksaw. His Parents were flipping out.
Trevor Murdoch and Lance Cade def The Highlanders. Crowd was deathly silent most of the match until Murdoch grabbed a mic and made some insults.
Val Venus as special guest referee for Ladies match.
Candace Michelle def Jillian. CM is hot in person. She has progressed nicely as a wrestler. Jillian is in trouble if she ever gets a chest cold. She sang and it was horrible.
Intermission 30 minutes
Umaga def Santino Marella. Lashley was supposed to fight Umaga but was injured last week vs Kennedy. Too bad. Marella sucks. He grabbed a mic and talked for about 7 minutes. Couldn't understand a damn word he said. Thank God Umaga got tired of listening to him and flattened him in record time.
King Booker w/Sharmell def King Jerry Lawler. Lawler got the 2nd biggest/loudest ovation of the night. Booker came out and called everyone rednecks and peasants. Made fun of Lawler and his Dad. Lawler came out and the roof blew off the place.
He was in jeans and a tank top. Said Delta Airlines lost his luggage. Told Booker not to call him Jerald anymore. He said his name was Jerry and that his Dad's name was Jerald and that he was dead, to never ever make fun of him again.
Booker called him a fake, then said he didn't care about his "dead ass Dad." Lawler began to pummel Booker. Match went back and forth until Booker distracted ref and Sharmell delivered a low blow. Booker then got the pin.
John Cena def Randy Orton. Best match of the night. Cena got the biggest/loudest ovation. Went back and forth but Cena got the FU and the pin. Sang "Almost Heaven, West Virginia" after the match. Talked to the crowd awhile and signed some autographs. Made over alot of the kids in the audience. Thanked everyone for coming then high fived half the crowd on the way out.
