Seven Marshall games set for TV
HUNTINGTON -- Marshall University will have seven football games televised this season.
The Thundering Herd games are listed on an updated television schedule announced by Conference USA. The C-USA schedule includes more than 50 games to be nationally or regionally, a new league record. National games will be-televised on CSTV, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports Net and the NFL Network.
ESPN2 will televise Marshall's home game Sept. 8 with West Virginia and the Oct. 2 game at Memphis.
ESPN is showing Marshall's home game Oct. 21, a Sunday night telecast, with Southern Miss.
The Sept. 1 season opener at Miami will be shown on ESPNU.
CSTV will have Marshall's home game Oct. 27 with Rice.
Comcast Sports Southeast (CSS) is airing the Marshall road game Nov. 3 at UCF.
The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) is showing the Nov. 10 home game with East Carolina on a tape-delay basis.
