Crockett WR/LB Willie Carter has made his commitment to the University of Tulsa today. It is the second commit Tulsa has picked up from Texas in a few hours. Carter was named to the Texas HS Football All Combine team in June and also placed on the roster of Max Emfinger's All-American All-Star Game to be held in January. As a rusher last season, Carter picked up 791 yards on 81 carries and scored 16 touchdowns. In the air, he picked up an additional 358 yards and 3 more touchdowns.
