I said it before his return 2 1/2 years ago that HBK needed to be repackaged. He isn't the Cute 20something guy every teen, 20, 30 year old lady is clamoring over now. Upon his return they should have put him in a suit and tie and had him be a respectable businessman. Just get rid of the "Heart Break Kid" image, which out grew him about 7-8 yrs ago.

The wrestling fans turnover about every 3 years so 1/2 of them would have only knew who HBK was by talk, the casual fan would have been easily turned with the new look and the die hard fans would have eventually got used to it.

This is a VERY interesting subject....

There are certain guys that most definitely need repackaging. Jeff Hardy instantly comes to mind. After the Hardy Boyz split up, Matt reinvented himself. He pushed himself away from the look that the Hardys were known for.

Jeff, on the other hand....still looks exactly the same as he did in 1999. He needs a fresh look desperately.

Before Monday Night Raw, I would have said Booker T. I was getting tired of the whole "King Booker" run. But after the opening last night I have to say adding "Kiss my ring" to the whole "King Booker" routine has just freshened it up.
