So for 2 schedules are out in the A-Sun and Tusculum college plays both Lipscomb and KSU. COULD THE TUSCULUM PIONEERS BE THE NEXT TEAM IN THE ASUN?
Let's hope not. Savannah State played pretty much the entire A-Sun (and still does) for years. They wanted to get in probably.
Hell, we might as well let them....we're letting everyone else in
At least we could go to the away game

No we couldn't, their auditorium only seats like 800, wait, nevermind, we're in the A-Sun...
All I'm going to say is GO TC, BEAT KENNESAW!
Lipscomb beat TC 70-67 last year.
Tusculum is a good DII program. For anyone who knows college basketball, there are a lot of DII schools that could compete at the Division I level. DII schools also get "hyped up" to play a DI school since most ignorant DI fans continually slight and dismiss the level of talent of all DII teams because they dont know any better.
I'm sure there are a lot of d-2 schools that can compete at a higher level. Just like top southern conference schools can usually compete with the top programs in the ncaa on a given night.
But can they do it night in and night out?
No they cant Goldfinger. That was kind of my point. They get up for the D1 games, but they wouldnt be able to compete on a season by season basis because most of the schools cant consistently bring in legitimate big men to compete with a mid or high major.
I don't know how Tusculum will be this year, but last year they were better than SC Upstate and FGC. That means they were better than at least two teams in our conference - andi'd bet money they were better than several others. Most of our teams would be mid level in the Florida Sun Conference (Division II).
That being said, I'd say there's a 30% or better chance Tusculum will beat Kennsesaw.
If Tusculum played ETSU, they'd probably not have much of a chance in one game. If they played each other 10 times, I suspect the Bucs would lose one of those.
If Tusc. played Kennesaw 10 times, I'd guess they'd win 3 or 4 of them.
My guess is that Kevster would need to work on his guessing.
I guess that your guess about my guess could be right. Or was it just guesswork? In that case, I'd guess it could be wrong.
What do you think, Gold?

I don't know...I'm still waiting for a dramatic improvement
I think based on your logic you will be waiting for a long time. Might as well grab a snickers, you're not going anywhere for a while.
I believe you mean...Kennesaw hasn't been anywhere in a while.
No I think I stated it clearly. Another great example of your defunct reading comprehension. I would associate it to your entire Tennessee mountain region, but I think that would be too cliche. Keep trying though...you will think of something witty to say one of these days. When you do find that moment, I am sure your little buddy Kevster will be right behind you to reaffirm you.
You two are hilarious :)
Why, thank you. And I've added a buddy. It's been a good day after all.
Does this mean we're not buddies, Kennessaw?
Basically what you're saying is, seeing that on my logic I will be waiting a long time, that you don't expect Kennesaw's record to improve this year.
I wonder if you even knew what you said?
Seriously it's Tusculum. Calling them a great D-2 program is hilarious, they play in a gym SMALLER than my MIDDLE SCHOOL gym. Now granted, the 1919 Wallace High School team (as it was a high school then) was a state champion (family has the pictures to prove it), I wouldn't exactly refer to that place as spectacular. Actually, Greeneville High School (in the same town as TC) has a bigger facility. Maybe we could get them to move up, and all games played there!

Another example of an ETSU fan who is unable to properly comprehend a sentence.
Let's recap...I posted that Tusculum was a "good" DII program.
Buclover responds with saying I called them a "great" DII program.
Clemson is a good high major program. UNC is a great high major program. See the difference?
ETSU must not offer a single literature or reading comprehension course as the entire fanbase seems incapable of making sense of some pretty simple comments.
Kennesawbasketball,
Perhaps before you bash others you might want to address your own refined scholarship.

Too cliche? I believe he meant it would be too much of a cliché to associate the TN mountain region with whatever he was talking about.

Yes, of course. Clemson has 6 letters. UNC, just 3.
They are garbage is my point. Apparently the **** stink in Kennesaw has caused brain damage. The only reason Tusuclum is still open is because they had a rich alum who donated a small fortune to keep the school open.
