Ugh. After over a year w/ this crummy bank, we are giving up. Back to Wachovia.
They're fine, unless you actually want to get something done. At best their service was mediocre. All to frequently they were well below that.
i have wachovia for my checking account, where i keep a minimal amount of money and i use virtual bank as my sort of savings account. It has a much higher interest rate than any regular bank.

That's more or less what we did for 5 years or so. Then we put our checking account w/ them...and like I said, they are terrible.
If you don't need much or rapid customer service, then it may be worth the higher interest. But, if you're trying to do actual banking...screw 'em.
