Supposedly soon. I've seen the artist's rendition of what it should look like when they get finished. It looks really nice. I don't remember when the expected completion date was though.

I think it's suppose to be ready by the start of next year's baseball season.
It's costing us 3.5 million dollars and should be ready by February 3rd.
