What do you guys think of this. Considering this was an American who didn't have his day in court. I would feel much better about this treatment if he had a day in court. Jesus, we gave Mousaui his day.

Maybe he can stay at your house.
I agree with you. They should try him.

But, it's going to make people mad, regardless. He'll either be tried as a traitor, which will enrage people on various constitutional grounds (freedom or religion, freedom of dissent, etc) or as an enemy soldier, so people will complain that he's a US citizen.

This could require new precedent, and what pisses me off the most is that the political left will gripe and complain regardless, instead of cooperating and working toward a sensible, legitimate solution.
Did you read the article? Did you notice that his warrant after two years had nothing to do with what we were originally told. We are all supposed to have a Bill of Rights Did you forget that?
I just don't care for the draconian treatment. Complete isolation even from your OWN senses. Jesus, this IS AN AMERICAN for criss sakes. To throw someone in jail and throw away the key without a trial and do this no glasses and no hearing stuff. Drive the guy insane. WTF. Am I in a time warp?
