This is a follow up to a post I made somewhere around the MTV music awards that Axl was on record as saying it would come out before the end of the year. HE was interviewed by John Norris of MTV fame.

Did you guys here the story about the Eagles of Death Metal opening for GnR? Funny stuff. Apparantly, Axle and the GnR fans failed to see the irony in the EoDM's style. After their set, they left to some boos and a few people clapping. Very indifferent toward them. 2 hours later, when Axle decides he's ready to go on, he asked the crowd how they liked the "pigions of sh!t metal." Then goes on to say that will be the last time they perform with them. The best part was the EoDM response. They put out a press release using a bunch of GnR lyrics.
