I hope you don't think I'm going to argue with that. I turn the channel when Bush speaks. NOT because he's not intelligent, it's because, as a public speaker, he sucks balls.
I actually think Bush is fine when he isn't force fed his lines by his staff. If he just talks "from the heart", freely without all the talking points he is told to say, he is good. When he has to say all the talking points he stumbles over his words.
