I am a college student doing research on race relations involved in sport. I would greatly appreciate the response of some passionate sports fans to the following survey. Thank you in advance for any and all help you can give me. Respond by putting the number of question and then your answer. Feel free to elaborate on any question as you feel fit.

7. Yes, because of a continual cycle of role models. High paid, high profile athletes provide a "get rich quick" image of jumping straight to the pro's doing something that doesn't involve school (playing a game). I feel that this holds true to lower income families in general where the focus on academics as an alternate way to success is less empahsised. A higher income family is more likely able to afford exploits into expensive educational opportunities than those of low income, so children are exposed to more options.
8. Blacks are faster, stronger athletes (natural means or bred like horses). Asians are good at ping-pong. Black athletes are more likely to get into trouble than white athletes.

13. The idea of racism in sports is a joke. If there was racism, then there would be a much stronger attempt to keep black athletes out of the sports world. Instead, they are placed on a pedestal.
