Yes I will come all the way from Okie to watch the Bears play. And will he really play for the airfare? I'm a broke little college kid..lol... The Bears are orange and blue.

When George Halas too kthe Bears to Chicago in 1921 he wanted a color scheme that would resemble his alma mater. U of Illinois.

He chose the name Bears becuase they were going to chare Wrigley with the Cubs and he wanted a name that would be more fierce.
