Clearly, it is GWB's fault for not exporting more jobs to France, instead keeping them here to keep the unemployment figures low.

Cheer up Democrats!!! Only two more years of this miserable low unemployment and economic prosperity, then you can raise taxes and get back to happier times. (Six months if you win the Congress)
