Mail server report.

Our firewall determined the e-mails containing worm copies are being sent from
your computer.

Nowadays it happens from many computers, because this is a new virus type
(Network Worms).

Using the new bug in the Windows, these viruses infect the computer
unnoticeably.
After the penetrating into the computer the virus harvests all the e-mail
addresses and sends the copies of itself to these e-mail
addresses

Please install updates for worm elimination and your computer restoring.

It flagged to my junk mail folder.... what should I make of it?
Junk mail. I'd click on it, so they can give you a worm and then help you remove it for a price.

Well there are not attachment files... so I don't think reading it can give me a virus but I will delete it then...
I would junk it

Actually the new bigger and better viruses don't need an attachment. But I think those guys are not as obvious -- they probably do not send "spam".
