Hi-tek ft. Nas- Music for Life- http://spinemagazine.com/music/september...orlife.mp3
Jadakiss, Papoose, talib kweli, raekwon- Where it Started- http://spinemagazine.com/music/september...tarted.mp3
His name is familliar...what are some artists he has worked with? I swear he's been on Phife Dawg solo cd, maybe a few ATCQ, and I wanna say Talib Qweli (sp?).
yeah, he and kweli made the reflection eternal album.
I bought Hi-Tek's first release after Reflection Eternal and was thoroughly disappointed. He's a Cincinnati native so, me being from Cincinnati, heard him through his local band Mission Control from the mid-90's. I'm also going to pass on Talib's new album, apparentley Timberlake is producing a song, and while I like Norah Jones, she probably doesn't belong on a Talib song. He tried to sell out (see that basketball commercial) and failed miserably. Loved his first two ablums plus the one with Mos Def, but he's genre of hip hop is a dying breed, oh yeah, so is hip hop.

as for kweli's album, well, i'm hoping it's gonna be good. the 3 songs i've heard are excellent.
