Is EVERYBODY in Afghanistan farming drugs?

You'd think having troops in Afghanistan for so long that problem would have gotten better.

Since the war has begun in Afghanistan, opium production soared. It is the cash crop of that empoverished nation, no other industries or crops are anywhere near as profittable. Oddly enough before the war, production was slowing down and at that time the Taliban was opposed to its production. Today is a much different story.
