Haters.
of course they'll be better. no offense, but that's not exactly a groundbreaking prediction. if mcnair stays healthy, they'll be infinitely better.

I guess you missed the thread where I got ripped for calling them going to the playoffs.
The way they moved the ball on the opening drive was incredible, and their defense is just as hard hitting as ever.

oh i saw it. but i i decided not to post because everyone was being so ridiculously stupid. to say mcnair (when healthy) isn't going to make them a lot better, is stupid.

To be fair I really think Chris Simms is pathetic and Tampa Bay is going to be garbage this year anyways.

What the hell is with the newish lingo for the announcers in the NFL. The guy just said the QB had a knee and was let go. Of course he has a knee, in fact he has two of them. WTF

yeah, but tampa has always had a good D, yet the ravens for the first time since their inception (is that the right word?) scored a butt load of points.

Tampa's D is overrated, those guys are getting old.

yeah, but be real. when was the last time the ravens scored 27 points against a competent D?
09-10-2006, 05:47 PM
Well they scored 48 against Green Bay and 30+ against Minnesota, I think the Minnesota defense is somewhat competent.

The ravens offensive performance was impressive but really its all relative. The defense still won the game for them and set up the offense on several of the scoring drives as well as McAlister running the INT back for six.

aberrations. i think we can agree that what mcnair did/will do with this offense is much more than boller could.

I never said that it wasnt.
McNair is the man.
You challenged me to name the last time the Ravens had an offensive outburst and I did.

They looked good for sure. But no way the Ravens get in the playoffs with the Bengals and Steelers in there division. Held Larry Johnson to I think 70 yards and collected 7 sacks. Palmer played like **** and we still dominated.

Id put money on the Ravens to the playoffs.
