Worst hockey coverage ever!!
Can't follow the puck, can't show the entire offensive zone, the camera is behind nearly every play......great production for Game 7!! not!
I vote for that as well after watching game seven. You don't show the bench after the final horn sounds, you show the players storm the ice. While I love Laviolette, show the players celebrating on the ice like you're suppose to.

Is thsi the first time NBC has ever teleivised hockey other than the Olympics?
Newbs alwasy seem to the wrong camera angles at the wrong time.
I liked OLN's coverage much better then NBC's. and the high def was clearer

I agree with you, but in NBC's defense of not being able to follow the puck, that thing and the players were really moving last night. What an awesome game, and I'm not just saying that because I am a Canes fan.
I didn't have any problems following the puck on my HDTV. That was the best televised hockey game I can remember in years. Tons of action, hitting, etc., if the NHL was always like that I would watch more of it.
Enjoy the Cup, Canes fans.
Next year the Lightning will return and reclaim THEIR cup. ;-)
just as long as those above the Mason Dixon Line dont get it!!

I think you forget the talent leverage we have to use in a trade.
