i could care less, as long as he's filthy. because even if it's someone we don't need, we could still trade him. realistically we need a hitter.

So hard to project the MLB draft, but we need right-handed pitching, early and often.

yeah, because hardly anyone cares. not to mention most of the hardcore fans like us 3, hardly know anything about the players. I know more about basketball and football draft picks than i do about baseball picks. mostly it's 'cause i find college baseball to be pretty boring and i don't really have a favorite team.

seeing how the rockies are my hometown teams minor league Parent team one most theorize that they need a brain for a draft choice. oh and some halfway decent pitching. sure the guys they have here are fine at AA but some of em won't make it to AAA or the show.

A half-ways intelligent manager...
Seriously, pitching, pitching, pitching...

wow, the braves have so far drafted 3 players younger than me and another who is 2 weeks older.

Hochevar went No. 1 to the Royals. Miller slipped all the way to 6th. Surprising.

nah, not surprissing. i've seen miller start about 4 times and he never impressed me. he seems to have a problem with big games, like last year against cesar carillo and this year in the ACC tourney. he's very inconsistent.

Teams must have been thinking like you.

Kazmir for Zambrano lmfao
That could be the difference between a world series ring and a NLDS flameout.
On the Reds draft, they took Drew Stubbs first round? Why an outfielder? Only 1 pitcher taken in the 1st 4 rounds

i actually talked to a former UNC pitcher today and he said it was a signability thing. if you can believe it, miller wanted 10 million!!!

Afterall, he is represented by Scott Boras.
