Which professional sport's "Game 7" do you prefer....

For me -- especially if Carolina/Buffalo live up to the rest of the series -- there's nothing like an NHL "Game 7"
Hockey's game 7's usually seem to be the best, but since I'm not a big hockey guy, I'll say NBA.
Although the Red Sox/Yankees 7 game series two years ago was great and NBA 7 game playoff series are usually intense, I would take the NHL game 7 any day. Anything can happen, especially now with the new rules.
Baseball, by a longshot. Remember the Diamondbacks v. Yanks series back in '01?

anything can happen? so nothing can happen in basketball or baseball?

Did you watch the Mavs/Suns game last night? I almost fell asleep. I turned it over to the Sabers/Canes game and saw an exciting, dramatic ending to a great game.
since basketball ends in April, and baseball is boring...NHL.

Mayberry may be in the Stanley Cup finals again!
Canes Sabres.... ...

GO CANES GO

did you not see the 1st suns/mavs game? it was extremely exciting. it was as exciting as a game could get. what about the 18 innings astros/braves contest last year in the playoffs? i hate hockey, so obviously i don't think any NHL game can be exciting, but i'm just saying the other two sports do have things happening.

i'm sure there have been crappy NHL playoff games.

I like all 3 sports, but there just doesn't seem to be as much to cheer for in baseball or basketball. A goal freaks out the whole crowd. Although fun to watch, you don't see people go as nuts over a made basket, a hit, or a strikeout, unless there is a specific circumstance. I will give you that the Spurs/Mavs series was pretty exciting, with two games going to overtime, but I still have to go with hockey.

sounds good.
Cane's win game 7 4-2! Back to play Edmonton for Lord Stanley's Cup! NHL game 7 over any other sport. Basketball 2nd, baseball game 7s aren't even close to exciting. There's no steady action like there are in basketball, NHL, or even what soccer would present (though I don't think i could sit through 7 soccer games).
