Nah...TNA is no real threat to WWE right now. Vince knows that a LITTLE competition is good for the business.
I guess TNA will get bigger and Vince will do the same all over again

They're now on Spike TV every Thursday night at 10 PM Central, with a replay Saturday night at 10 PM Central. Their PPV's are now monthly.
As far as who wrestles for them...here's who they've got that you would know from the past..
