Oswalts record against the words was 15-0 before last night and the reds finally put a loss on him. The star of the game was Brandon Phillips: 3-4 and 2 rbi's. The reds own the best record in baseball 16-7

well, that's another b*tch team that's come out of the cellar. i hope when people talk about their stupid competitive balance, they talk about baseball as the best example. with the reds, rockies and rays coming out of the cellar, the royals and pirates are the only b*tch teams in baseball, and the pirates have some hope.
meanwhile they killed pettitte today and harang pitched great. i think if they go 16-14 or better in their next 30 games, the GM is gonna have to look at trading for a pitcher. the wild card is too wide open to wait. i'd talk to the nationals about livan.

Livan would get massacred in that ball park. He's a flyball pitcher and has been giving up a lot of homers at RFK lately. Imagine how many he'd give up at Great American. That's not a good fit, IMO.
