I keep getting asked for my password. In addition, I tried to change my password and it would not let me. Is there a certain number of letters and numbers I have to use?

I see no reason for it to ask you for a password. I think this is a cookie issue. Try the following:

- Clear cache
- Clear cookies
- Exit browser
- Come back, login again

In theory, that should fix you up.
