The question isn't: Will the texans make it to the playoffs? No...its will the texans be capable to be the first expansion team to have a winning record in their first NFL season?

My answer is yes, as long as Carr doesn't pull a Ryan Leaf, with Boseli on the line, he should get time to make the throws.
