Truth-Teller and Liars 1
The NCAAbbs Council of Noles, Dukies and Wuffies held their annual convention in College Park, MD. Members from all over the country were excited to see a multimedia presentation comprising the experiences of members from four different cities (including Albuquerque). Each city was represented by a different delegate, who was presenting in a different medium (one used film). Among the four, there was at least one person from each of three teams of the ACC: Noles, who always tell the truth; Dukies, who always lie; and Wuffies, who tell the truth or lie at random. The four delegates made the statements listed below. Determine each delegate's team, home town city, and presenting medium.

The NCAAbbs Council of Terps, Deacs and Heels had their monthly meeting last night and things were even more chaotic than usual. As always, there were two representatives from each team: the Terps, who always tell the truth; the Deacs, who always lie; and the Heels, who tell the truth or lie at random. Before the meeting began, however, some prankster spiked the beer keg with a serum that made the Terps always lie and the Deacs always speak truthfully (it had no obvious effect on the Heels). In an effort to get some resolutions passed, the council called in an ACC Fan to take down minutes of the meeting, until enough information could be gathered to sort things out. Use the following statements made by the representatives during the meeting to help the council figure out which two people are from each team and which of them drank the beer.
