Unfortunately, Upper Deck Chevy and I were both out last night. It has been one of the only times all game long that neither of us were around to help. But, we had some interference in the game last night which caused three poeple to quit. I've talked to two of the people and they have agreed to come back. I still need to talk to BLAKESGIRL, but I'm confident that she will come back also (Terpy is helping me persuade her.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> ). First of all, I'm really sorry that some people messed with the game. It is unfortunate that everything was ruined because of this. But.....all of you will now agree to not share any passwords. We'll finish the game, and we'll do it the right way. There are five people left, and it would be a shame to give up on the entire thing because of some interference. As for the people whose passwords were used without their permission, we're still working on that. I apologize that power has been abused in that way. So, since everyone is back in (feeling confident that BG will agree....), UDC and I will come up with a new challenge. All five remaining people will still be eligible. We will post it sometime today. Thanks, and sorry about everything that happened last night.

Please! I urge everyone to continue playing. Larry and UDC have put a lot of work into this and they deserve our respect and consideration. We are the ones who screwed up and they should not have to suffer for our mistakes. I am sorry Larry, if I have contributed to this in any way.

My opinion is that the game would not be as fun without any of these five in it.
Each one left is an excellent player is his/her own right, for different reasons. I think we all looked to be in trouble at one point during this game, and beat out the odds to get to this point.
I think it would be a shame for any of us not to keep going. Although some have the odds stacked against them, there's no way to predict what will happen from here. That's the beauty of this game....
For the record, I would like to publicly apologize to two players who may feel that I was being two-faced to them. That was not my intention, although I admit that I did not want to disappoint either and tried to help create an outcome that would be be fair to both of them. I felt that this situation would "get me off the hook" -- so to speak -- in having to decide between them.
My reasoning for this was reflected in the fact that I honestly feel like my discussions with at least one player has helped keep him/her in the game.
However, where I may have been misguided is that I hoped to see one player stay in the game for the wrong reasons (and have a chance to win in the end) rather than leave the game for what may be the right reasons for him/her. I am truly sorry for that now.

Hey don't worry about it, I should have fought my own battle, I knew you stood in a bind so therefore, I should have just done everything on my own. It is just as much your fault as it is mine....and too everyone..I'm sorry, I've been "wishy washy" I tend to be more on the sensitive side at times and I tend to let my emotions get the better of me..and for that i'm sorry, also becuase I feel that i put pressure on JD to keep me in the game.
Well I'll just say this my back for as long as I can win challenges then I'm gone...
