Damn. UDC must have figured out some secret to the game. Some people have scores in the millions. There has to be something that I don't get yet.....

It may have to do with those gold cards. The directions say it's up to us to figure out how the bonus system works!!

I have never seen cards dealt the way they are on that game.

I believe I was lucky. (Significantly lucky to get the Goldrush, but lucky on top of that.) My "extra joker" didn't appear until about four iterations of the Goldrush. Lots of points were gained after the Goldrush ended. The deck was stacked with golden cards.

I'm nuber one. For now....

BB, it does work....I just cant get that 2nd soft 16......and the Rush....

That might do it. At the end, The deck had over 50 gold cards remaining. I tried for another lesser. Didn't work out. Or maybe it did...

A piece of advice on one of the sites helps. When building the lesser, make the 16 first, then the 17, then the 18....

It's almost better to try to get the 16 in the first column, 17 in the second column, etc...

That way, it almost becomes natural to lump all the garbage cards together - 2,3,4,5 - they may add up to something, but put them all in one column so they don't screw up a nice 6/10, 7/10, 8/10.

Thanks for the tip. The way you explained it I could understand it. I got 2636 the first time I tried!!! It's also really neat that after you get the straight, it gives the exact cards you need to make 21 in each column. Then I started getting all kinds of gold cards and didn't know what to do.

Ms. B, you do not want to clear all the columns. I understand you clear the 16, stack the 4,3,2, put the joker on the 20 which clears that, put the Ace on the gold 4, 3, 2 and then hope for another 5. I have always gotten another joker which precluded me from a gold rush. It was a fun game and I would like to thank Pooh for her efforts.
