OK. Here is a rule clarification and a request. Many people asked me about tie breaking and many others asked me questions that I can not answer.

Tie-breaking procedure: If two people recieve the same amount of votes in the tribal council....the first tie-breaker is number of previous votes from prior tribal councils. If they are still tied, I will have a very quick mini-challenge between the two people. The loser will then be out.

Request: Many people have been asking questions on IMs and in emails. I'm friends with all of you, and I want you all to do well, but that is impossible because of the nature of the game. Someone will always end up losing each round. I don't want to give an unfair advantage to anyone. Please don't ask me questions like "Who voted so far?" and "When will the next challenge be?". Procedural questions are ok....but you guys know the difference between legit questions and ones that are intended to give you an advantage. So....I'm asking that you guys don't do that anymore. I try to answer as politically as possible, and I'll never give the answer anyway! From now on, I will also not be giving out the number of people who have voted until the voting is over

I have to have deadlines. We are not out on some Island together and ONLY playing survivor for 1 millions dollars. That is the only way to start and end things here. And....once I give one, I can't change it for anyone. Otherwise, everyone else will want the deadline changed when it would be good for them. Other people have missed votes in this Survivor, it just happens that this missed vote probably caused LK to lose out. Before the game started, I said over and over again.....that being online at the right time was crucial to winning.

And thanks LK!!!!!!! I know you had some troubles running games!

I owe a big apology to LK on this one. I wasn't online at all yesterday and it looks like it might have cost us our best player. I haven't gone back to see why the votes came out like they did but seeing LK get 3 votes is really surprising.

Well, they obviously feared me enough to get rid of me.

I would like to see the time I invested in this come down to more than someone else not being at their computer to submit a vote.

I understand the deadline thing. I had deadline issues as well and I extended the deadline to allow for people to be online.

The rule should be that anyone who fails to submit a vote is automatically voted off. If they don't have the time to be online and send in a vote they likely don't have the time to contribute anymore anyway.

I just don't think it's right that I invest time into this game and have it come down to whether or not someone else is available to get online.
