NCAAbbs - ACCbbs NCAA Tourney Challenge on Yahoo! (Prizes)

OK Folks... it's almost time for....

March Madness!

Our ACCbbs NCAA Tourney Challenge has been created on Yahoo Sports. Even though seeding has not been done, you can still enter now. You must have a Yahoo ID, so if you don't, you will need to create one for this Challenge. Here are the steps to follow, once you have a Yahoo ID:

<ul type="square">[*]Go to <a href="http://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/men" target="_blank">http://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/men</a></li>[*]Choose "Join A Private Group"</li>[*]You must name your bracket, but it cannot be obscene or Yahoo will remove you permanently from the challenge.</li>[*]Our Group ID# is: 5893</li>[*]Our Group Password is: accbbs</li>[*]Yahoo Sports will e-mail you to remind you when the seeding is done and to make your picks.</li>[*]For those that have never participated in a bracket challenge. All picks are done at once, for the entire tournament. You will not have to go in and make picks each round.</li>[*]Yahoo Sports will automatically score the rounds for us, and results can be viewed ongoing, but will also be posted here.</li>[*]You are not required to do so, but it's more fun if you post the name of your bracket here so that we can all more easily follow the results.</li>[*]ANYONE can join this challenge. I joined the ACCBoards group before I knew about this one.

i'm in if you can be in two groups

You can be in up to Five or Six groups I believe.

Hey do the scenario generator on Yahoo...for your brackett it's pretty cool it shows where you're standings would be with different picks. I still have a chance at first even with all the upset i've had. Actually we Probably all do but anyways its really neat.

After Thursday's games, I am ranked 2733 out of 591056 Yahoo brackets with 13 points. Easily one of my best days ever predicting anything!

The winner of the pool will be decided by the Maryland/Kansas Final Four game.

If Maryland wins, "mdterpfan" will win the pool. If Kansas wins, "bballrage" will win.

OK.....Great job Pooh! CFHV, is it possible for you to list the entire standings from the other pool? Then we can give people a week or so to claim their spot. We can combine them all and then get a true top 10 list.

Dang! I just found out about this site last week. I was in the Yahoo group from the "other" evil board and had 126 points, so would have finished top 10 here. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" /> I finished 7th out of 50 there.

I'll get ya'll next year!
