Bill Walton is such an idiot he is way to melodramatic. I love how everytime he utters one of his stupid Bill Waltonisms the other two guys just act like he didnt say anything. <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laughing.gif" /> What a tool.

I like Walton. He has played the game, he knows the game, and he loves the game. Unlike some of the other guys, he adds his opinion to the game and tells it how it is.

Bill Walton is an idiot. He's a goof and says some of the dumbest things known to man.

That said -- I quite enjoy hearing him lately. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> He is always entertaining, even if the games are not....

Bill Walton is like that guy that always hangs around you and your friends but no one really likes him. He is just annoying but the Snapper and Marv Albert are too nice tell him to shut up and go away. Walton does say some things that, at best, are annoying. But I'd much rather listen to someone who has the experience as a player that Walton has, then like the many announcers who have never played the game beyond HS(if that even). He won championships as a player in college and the NBA and went the gamut as pro player from great player to role player. He knows the game.

I'm also sure that Snapper Jones is very used to Walton, being they go way back as teammates in Jones one an only year in the NBA in '75-76 season. Jones played several years in the ABA before that.

During Game 3 or 4 of the West Finals, the Kings took Webber out for a few minutes while the Kings had a sizeable lead.

Sacramento had Turkoglu, Pollard, Bibby, and somebody else (Jackson maybe) on the floor.

The Lakers scored 5 or 6 points in a row (the lead was still 10+), and Walton said something like "the Lakers are showing why they're the 2-time defending champs, storming back under pressure. Who wants the ball for the Kings? Who will step up?"

Well Bill...

(A) It's the 3rd quarter, so it isn't do or die time.

(B) It's not like LA was making a serious run.

Do you think they use Walton like Cosell? What I mean is: you hate him so much <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="mad-flaming.gif" /> they(network) think you will tune in just so you can hate him.
