With players salaries skyrocketing, operating costs going through the roof, fan interest and support continueing to slide, and last but not least 4 franchises in dire straits and others teetering on the brink, something has to happen.
Just what? In my opinion begin with a new, independent Commisioner, Selig is a complete idiot and diseaster, that will have the knowledge and moxey to reorganize the inner workings of baseball. Begin with a firm set of rules and regulations that all have to abide with.
