I was very sorry to see Glavine leave the Braves...won't be the same without him for sure.

But the deal the Mets gave him was I guess too much for Tommy to pass up. :pooh:
Wasn't he one of the Union reps who was crying about the owners getting too much money? Then he bolts Atlanta for more dough. How ironic!
I, too, was sorry to see him go. They picked up enough help elsewhere. They still need some clutch hitters though.
Who is playing 1B this year? Will it be the ancient Julio Franco?
I think Millwood will be a bigger loss in the long run anyway.
Probably. He is younger than Glavine.
