10 man is a bit of a moron, i mean come on pal, what team do you support??? USC, Ole Priss, Vanderbilt, Georgia??? Who? Or are you just gonna wait till the end of the season and just go with who has the best record you tool.
Moron and tool? Is that the best you can come up with? I presume you are posting this gibberish in light of the thread on the sports bar where all the little MACers are busy thumping their chests?
Let me ask you something. I've looked over that thread and nowhere do I see a post by you, TJRocket. Why is that? You called me a moron, which by definition, is this:
1 : a mentally retarded person who has a potential mental age of between 8 and 12 years and is capable of doing routine work under supervision
2 : a very stupid person
Now, you have, in essence, called me a stupid person, or a retard, if you will. I haven't come across too many "retarded" people in my lifetime, but the ones that I have met have had trouble communicating effectively. You see where I'm going with this? I have made my opinions widely known on that thread, and they are all based on FACTS. You have contributed nothing, nada, but yet you still chose to come to this thread and call me names. So, am I to assume that you have trouble communicating effectively? It would appear so, thus you would be the moron, or a retard, whichever you prefer. OR, could it be that you just love to be the one to sit back and let your pals do all the fighting for you, and you sit back and do the name-calling like a "little-big man"? That, my friend, would not only make you a retard, but also a pus*y.
My suggestion to you.....either jump in and go to bat for you cause in that thread like a real man, or basically shut the f**k up. It's that simple really, not that hard.
Now, to answer your elementary question. No, I don't feel like your drivel deserves a response, but I feel compelled to answer it anyway, for some reason. I went to school at the University of Mississippi, affectionately named Ole Miss, with an "M". You misspelled it in your post, for your information. I support Ole Miss with every fiber in me, physically, emotionally, and with what I can, financially, and have for 32 years and will continue to do so even after I'm gone. You have no idea as to the amount of loyalty that resides in me concerning Ole Miss. I certainly can't express that on a message board, but it is endless I guarantee you.
USC is an adopted team I was introduced to by my best friend in '97, and have been going to whatever USC games I can that don't conflict with Ole Miss games ever since then, and will continue to do so. So the loyalty is considerably less with the Trojans than that of my Rebs, but nevertheless, I follow them religously, as I do all of college football. Georgia, Vandy, and any others you may have listed? No, no support there, except when it comes to conference pride, which the SEC is enormously rich in. Will I wait until the end of the season to see who has the best record, and then go with that team? Umm, no, that would constitute a bandwagon fan, and I can assure you I'm the furthest thing from that that you will ever come into contact with.
I tried to get the message across on that other thread that my gibes were nothing more than a friendly jab at rocketfootball from a former conversation we had on this site a while back, but apparently you have chosen to skip that message. It was a joke, can you people comprehend that? Rocketfootball did, but you and a couple of your other idiot conference representatives, however, could not calculate that into your minial brains. So, I will try again, one last time.....It is a joke, most everything I said was nothing more than a stab at rocketfootball, an inside joke. Should I write that in big letters for you? Lighten up, you freaks. Jaysus.
I certainly respect the fact that all you MACers, with the exception of the two idiot mutes TJRocket and MaumeeRocket that can't seem to muster up anything other than childish insults, are so proud of your conference. You all should be, you had a banner day. You got the attention of the college football world, all across America. Contrary to some of my remarks in that other thread, I did notice that Saturday was no fluke. The MAC is definitely a conference that is not only pleading for respect, but steadily earning it fast. I stand by some of what I said in that there are still a bunch of patsies in the MAC, but there are certainly a few teams that are worthy of being awarded more recognition and definitely bigger and better bowls in the post-season. But, this past Saturday will have to be repeated on a consistent basis in order to maintain that respect. Hopefully, those few teams can uphold that and continue to build respect for your conference.
Whew! I think I've said enough! If my pleas for your realizing that my comments in that other thread, though somewhat factual, were nothing more than an inside joke have failed here again, then I will have to ask rocketfootball to intervene and help me out. I'm thru!
Congrats to the MAC teams that are making a name for it....keep it up!
