Wonderful article on what should be done to Heatley.
"Frankly I don't feel like I need Heatley off the street. Where I want him is in schools and talking to kids about the consequences of driving too fast. How effective do you think it would be for kids to hear Heatley telling them about the death of his buddy? I don't want him in jail pondering his actions. I want him working to at least honor his friend whose life was cut far too short. "
