Come on fish! If the Cubs loose under bizarre circumstances again, I would just be rofl at the expressions on the faces of all those Cub fans.
I hope that guy moves from Chicago, cause I would seriously fear for my life if people found out who it was. If the Cubs lose tonight, I will bow down to the curse.

I've been pulling for the Fish, but I'm kinda for the Cubs now just so that guy won't get blamed for the Cubs losing, because it wasn't his fault.
i would not want to be the guy who dropped the ball now that the cubs managed to choke in game 7, too bad they didnt have another fan interference to use as an excuse

i can't belive they're blaming that guy. Well actually i can believe it, because they're distraught Cubs fans. But it's not his fault. First thing there's no guarantee that Alou would havbe made that catch. Also, 1) Alex Gonzalez didn't have to boot that grounder 2) Prior didn't have to walk castillo and throw a wild pitch at the same time 3) Sosa had no business throwing that sac fly to the plate 4) How can you give up a double to Mordecai!
the point is, this guy has to feel guilty and Chicago will blame him, but hey, at least he is famous (or infamous if you choose)
The fact is, the Cubs gave up 8 runs AFTER the play! And it would have been a tough play for Alou, even though I believe he would have made it.
You can't expect Cubs fans to not blame the loss on that guy. After all, these are the same fans that have blamed a goat for 58 years of misery.
