In this weeks issue pf Sports Illustrated, in this weeks sign of the apocolypse, it says that a red sox fan climbed to the top of mount everest with a picture of babe ruth to nuetralize the effects of the bambino curse. If the red sox win tonight, I'm going to give him a lot of credit, and if the red sox win the world series, he should be made president.
And if former Red Aaron Boone belts a homer in extra innings to win the thing...
1) The Curse of the Bambino is still alive and well
2) The guy should crawl back up there...and stay
Boone is a good guy and even though I don't like the Yankees...I am happy that he is the one to hit the homer, and happy he gets to go to the WS.
I'm even happier that Pedro got to see the Yankees celebrate on the field after the win!!!
That was amazing when Fox interviewed Boone after the game. He hardly could talk! What a great moment for him!
I was pulling for Boston, though.
