I think Mel Stottlemyre will be fired by Da Boss, signifying the end of the Torre era. Joe, Mel and Zim all have a good ol' time up there together and it's too late in Torre's career to break in a whole new staff.

In reference to Don Zimmer, I feel that this is his last year, regardless of the scuffle in Boston last weekend. He has been wanting to retire for the past 3-4 years, only to be talked out of it by Joe Torre. They have been a tremendously successful team. :)
