sorry Jazz fans, but if you look at their team they have absolutely no talent, especially at PG
now Dallas is even better
Boston drops below Miami, Antoine Walker was a huge part of that team
hold up, why are the clippers #2, they didnt even manage to resign lamar odom

That's the Lakers.
Raptors, if healthy, should be higher
Toronto has a lot of young players with talent, such as Rafer Alston, Jerome Moiso, Michael Bradley, Chris Jeffries that need to prove themselves. They may be better than the Cavs, but I still think teams like the Hawks and Heat are better.
michael bradley does not have much talent or potential
Michael Bradley actually has a lot of talent and could be a solid backup PF for a long time capable of starting. He was excellent at Villanova if I remember correctly won Big East Player of the Year. The question is will he get PT?
I heard Chris Bosh is playing very well and looks to grab major minutes if he continues improving at his current pace.
Yea, it'll be interesting to see how he does. The last freshmen prodigees such as Rodney White and DerMarr Johnson didn't turn out so well.
my fault, I said Rafer Alston is on the Raptors, he is actually on the Heat, and might have a pretty good seaon there too I might add
I know its preseason, but da Rockets looked mighty good against the Spurs. Van Gundy has them playing some D and Jimmy Jackson is gonna have a HUGE season.
GO ROCKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rockets don't look familiar anymore to me besides Steve Francis - I'm getting old
You're right, this is a totally different team that now plays a totally different way that Van Gundy is in town.
New unis are a little better than the powder blue stuff
Still can't touch the unis from 94-95. The old school unis!!!
Now I gotta throw out my award predictions, even though they are never even close.
MVP: Allen Iverson
COY: Randy Ayers
Sixth Man: Joe Johnson
Defense: Ben Wallace
ROY: Carmelo Anthony
Most Improved: Kwame Brown
Kwame is a waste. He needs to spend less time getting drunk and more time playing basketball. He will never be a good NBA player.

I'll buy that - except it will be close ROY with LeBron
Carmello is gonna be so much better than Lebron its not even funny
I'm kind of rooting for other rookies to have good seasons because they have been overlooked in the Melo-Bron drama.
Melo has averaged 17 ppg in the preseason, Lebron only 11.6.
how about luke walton for ROY, the lakers really have 5 future hall of famers on their roster
I would actually consider starting Walton. He is the best passer they have at the small forward position, and would be the perfect compliment to the big four. But not ROY.

We all know the preseason don't mean anything
Lakers looked good last night, as did the Suns even though they lost.

True, but isnt it a little telling that Melo was among the best in the league in scoring, and Lebron was much closer to the bottom?
November 5, Carmelo v. LeBron. Hopefully they will be matched up on each other, that will be agreat game.
