Just heard that he died at the age of 45 or 46. Don't know any details and I can't find anything on the web.

He was part of the greatest Tag Team EVER!!

The Legion of Doom, The Road Warriors.

Rest in Peace, Hawk.
:( RIP Hawk, you were one of the all time greats.

Did Hawk have any addiction problems or anything like that? I find it hard to believe that he just passed away in his sleep. RIP Hawk.

On a brighter note, I think that the Hart Foundation had the best wrestling team of all time, followed by the Outsiders.
Yeah, it was a bummer that Hawk died. I suspect he took steroids, which are likely to have contributed to his early demise.

I think the Road Warriors were the greatest team ever. They revolutionized the sport, w/ hulking muscular guys, painted faces and scary haircuts. Compare them to the Minnesota Wrecking Crew, the big-time tag team of that day. The Road Warriors stole their thunder and made them look slow and silly.
They were a huge influence on Sting and the Ultimate Warrior, as well...who also were hugely popular.
