1. DUKE. (RETURNING STARTERS: 2)
Great freshmen, few veterans, modest expectations? It's 1999-2000 all over again; Duke went 29-5 that season.
2. GEORGIA TECH (4)
Jackets will be fast, deep, big, athletic. Could win the league.
3. N.C. STATE (3)
Losing both guards won't be fatal blow if Julius Hodge becomes a star.
4. MARYLAND (1)
Good, not great, freshmen and role players (Drew Nicholas, Tahj Holden) surround PG Steve Blake.
5. NORTH CAROLINA (2)
Little coming back, but three stud freshmen plus F Jawad Williams should equal NIT, at least.
6. WAKE FOREST (2)
Similar situation to Duke, only Blue Devils' freshmen are better. F Josh Howard must become a force.
7. VIRGINIA (2)
C Travis Watson, transfer G Todd Billet a solid nucleus. PG Majestic Mapp's health the key.
8. FLORIDA STATE (1)
Leonard Hamilton could get more from talent than Steve Robinson did, still finish under .500.
9. CLEMSON (3)
PG Edward Scott is special and C Chris Hobbs is sturdy, but there's not much else.
Maryland will finish better than 4th in the league.

But we still return the most experienced team in the league.
Hey guys, FOOTBALL is about to start!

I know what I am talking about.

Real games you know the ones that get played in late March and early April.. I understand it's been a while since GT did such a thing but honestly you must know of which I am speaking...

The players I speak of have seen a helluva lot more PT than the UMD bench warmers - and gave that touted championship team all they could handle in the Thriller Dome.

Who is going to play PG for Tech this year? Jack?

Marvin Lewis (ask UVA about him)
B.J. Elder (a bigger Akins... He lit up alot of teams behind the arc)
Jack will have to fight for his PT.
btw... Bosh was named MVP of the USA team which took down many-a-NBA draft pick en route to a champinship.
