I want to put a website for my new business. Should I have someone host it or should I do it myself? How do I go about registering my domain name? How much does that cost? Any helpful info would be appreciated.
Depends on the scope and budget.
Most broadband ISP's offer free hosting space, albeit with meager storage (~10 to 15 MB).
You can also register free subdomains online at the cost of a popup ad for every click through.
For registering a domain... godaddy is reliable and modestly cheap.
For designing the page(s)... I do all work by hand b/c I can always create much cleaner and better code than any program... however there are many good Linux html editors out there.. they may have ports to Windows... a good one based on Mozilla code is Nvu.
Alternatively, there are many places to go to design it online. I even offer to do web design outside of NCAAbbs (for a fee of course).
Just wanted to throw in a recommendation for my domain registrar and host: <a href='http://www.ipowerweb.com' target='_blank'>http://www.ipowerweb.com</a>

They were the hosts of NCAAbbs when we had the dedicated Celeron that choked on our database hard. :(

I don't quite get the traffic you do, so I hope I'm safe. :)
