I have been to one game(it was awesome, even though I didn't quite understand everything)

Here is what I want to know: the new agreement will it help clubs like Nashville compete and win and they signed a free agent to a 2 year deal Korea(I know I am probably spelling that wrong) what will he do for the Predators?

Please forgive my abysmal ignorance, remember I from Kentucky, if its not basketball we have a hard time grasping the point of the game. (Not quite that bad but still)

Paul Kariya. One of the best wingers out there. Spent nine years playing for dismal Anaheim, while accumulating 669 points in 606 games (82 in a regular season). Took a "pay cut" to play for Colorado 2 years ago in an attempt to win the Cup. Great pickup for Nashville, who also have great players in Steve Sullivan and David Legwand. Vokoun is an excellent goalie, and Nashville definitely improved their lineup with this addition.

Actually, I think Dallas also has some, or they may have just had them for the Playoff.

Can't argue. Go Canes! Maybe this salary cap will actually allow us to compete since we've got a dirt cheap owner.
