So much change is going on in the league I can't keep up. Though I hate to admit it, the salary cap is one of the best things to ever happen to the Carolina franchise (with our penny-pinching owner). We've picked up some good offensive players, as well as a solid blue liner (though I'm still pissed about losing Kevin Weekes). Though I would have preferred a luxury tax, this should greatly help all those smaller teams like Pitt and Carolina to compete with the likes of Detroit and Tampa.
